To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at support@VITARISE.com for instructions on where to send the item. We cannot accept exchanges beyond 180 days from the date of delivery.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
